My dryer was Pushing out hot air all in the apartment. He came and he put a new clamp, new hose, and it's so nice to have a dryer that doesn't push out heat all-over The apartment also plus he was very courteous and on time

We have lived here for almost one year and we really like it! The office people are friendly, and they answer very quickly to our work orders. Francisco from maintenance came to fix our fan. He had it fixed in a matter of ten minutes, and he was very friendly as well!

Maintenance crew cares about the property. Office is very helpful. I have been here 3 yrs and is my second time living here. The pool is heated all year around and clear. I feel that usually bad reviews come from people that are not following the rules.

So far so great! We just moved in and we love it! The maintenance team has been awesome, especially Francisco he was very kind and got us all taken care of and squared away with our dryer. Great staff, awesome grounds
