My daughter's and I were homeless for 6 months, we applied and the first person we talked with was Krystal. She is so amazing we are so happy that we got accepted here . It was my daughter's birthday gift and Christmas gift. Perfect timing. Since we have been here in December we have been so happy being here. Everything is perfect for us. The Maintenance men do such a great job and are super friendly. Everyone in the office are so amazing. The staff here care a lot about the tenants who live here. We love the pool the movie theater the gym, we are so blessed and honored to be living here. I can also say that everyone here love to interact with my kids and that makes a really happy parent lol. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS FOR HAVING SUCH A GREAT TEAM OF WORKERS. THEY FEEL MORE LIKE FAMILY TO US. I really do love living here. The apartments in general are great! Aubrie in the leasing office was so especially awesome. She has helped me in so many ways and I love talking to her. The only complaint is that since moving in, our security system has not worked once. The maintenance said they would have the company come and fix it but I’m guessing they never actually called. I also wish the gates were more functional. They are working now, but when someone opens the gate, it stays open for so long that 3-4 cars can get through without a code OR they go in the exit gate when someone leaves. Otherwise, I do enjoy living here.

We are a family of 4 (9 month old & 10 year old Heeler/Husky mix) & we absolutely love living at Regatta. My girlfriend & I never saw our apartment before we moved into it. It's the perfect location, I love that we overlook the little courtyard. So quiet & peaceful. I work at a countertop company so I love that we have quartz countertops in the unit. The complex is very beautiful and almost has a village/fairytail vibe.

I have lived at the Regatta for 2 years and so far have had a wonderful experience. Every time I go into the office the front desk ladies are always so kind and helpful! Anytime I have ever had a maintenance issue they have came within 24 hours to take care of it, I have had some situations where it takes longer due to getting the correct parts but Andy is always on top of it! I would highly recommend looking into or moving into this wonderful community! Planning on staying for years to come!

I believe the property is amazing and the staff in the front office is outstanding the maintenance crew handles everything in a timely manner once it is approved and as far as the people here complaining about the late fees how about pay your bills on time and you won't have to worry about it overall very nice property and as long as you pay your bills on time and go by the rules you'll have a great experience

My review is for Rex and Andy. I've lived here for 3 plus years now. One good thing this place has going for them is an awesome maintenance crew. I've had a couple different maintenance issues living in my time here and Rex and Andy have always been here to fix the problem, quickly. They are knowledgeable in their jobs and of the properly. They are respectful and kind. I trust them in my home and I trust that whatever is wrong they will handle it. I hope this place knows just how lucky they are. If either of these guys ever decided to leave all of us would be in a bad way. I give 5 stars to maintenance.

My move in process was so easy and went so smooth, Johnika was the best at getting me all the information I needed, very professional and great communication. Thank you Johnika! I really enjoy my apartment so far and had nothing but great experience. I had maintenance issue and they responded right away and told me the plan. The gate is fully functional and no issues with amenities. I see some people upset about paying for guest parking but that’s pretty standard now with most communities and it’s actually a great idea to help control the parking lot and I do like they enforce the parking lot rules to help keep the parking lot less cluttered. The rules are simple and pretty standard, Follow the rules and there will be no issues. Overall, great experience so far.

We moved in July of this year so we have only been here a little over a month but she spent over an hour on phone getting thing’s done to make sure we were approved and she worked hard to do it. We appreciated it greatly. We like working with her. She’s very honest and upfront always very helpful and courteous. This community is great! the girls In the front office are so amazing and so helpful . Rex and Andy came over last week to remedy a leaky kitchen sink after the freeze, thanks guys for the great work! Andy stayed to repair a laundry list of items I had, from the ceiling light fixture, to the blinds, to a stubborn exhaust fan. In under an hour, Andy had everything back to tip-top shape. He is always very pleasant and respectful, has a great attitude, and is quick on the draw!

We have lived at the Regatta since 2015 and we are still here. Not gonna lie, there have been a few maintenance issues (sunken sink, frozen over a/c, little things here and there), but whenever a problem arises, the maintenance crew comes to the rescue! We have built a wonderful rapport with Rex, one of the maintenance workers here, and it’s always reassuring when he shows up at the door. When he comes, we know he will walk us through the issue, solve it, and then usually we won’t have that problem again. So thankful for him.

Brenda and the office team is very friendly, fast, helpful, and work really hard. Moved in for a week already. Glad i chose Regatta. Plenty of parking spaces and the community is very clean. The residents are very responsible of cleaning up after the pets. The interior of the house is very clean and did a great job of prepping for the next tenant to move in. I lived at other apartments before but so far Regatta apartment is very nice and clean(plumbing,outdoor storage, walls, kitchen, and everywhere in the house is excellent) The maintenance team Andy and Rex and other members are very friendly and efficient as well. Definitely a wonderful place to live and glad I made the right decision!!! Thank you to all the staff.

My family has lived at the Regatta for years. We just transferred units and there are not enough words of praise for how smooth and easy Tracy and Brenda made the transition for us. The ladies in the office are kind and always helpful. They have shown me exceptional patience answering every question I can come up with. The maintenance crew are the best at what they do and are absolutely wonderful people that I trust implicitly. I never used to let maintenance enter my unit without me present until I met Rex and Andy. The new unit is beautiful and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend living at the Regatta.

I was so impressed with the regatta!!! The staff was exceptional. The renovated apartments were beautiful. Stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors !! My favorite part was the alarm system in each apartment! Did I mention they have garden tubs!!!! Nothing better on a cold Colorado night then garden tubs!! The apartments are conveniently located about 2 miles from i25.... this makes commuting a breeze!! I worked with the assistant manager Brenda, whom I cant say how professional and kind she was !! She really knew about the area and complex!!! If you are looking for an upgraded apartment at a great price check out regatta!!!!

I had an accident a few weeks ago, and the office staff went out of their way to help me… even delivered packages to my apartment. The maintenance staff works hard making sure the property always looks great and the work orders are done usually the same day you call it in. I would highly recommend this community to anyone that is looking for a great place to live! Tami H

I usually do not write a review until I move out of apartments. However, I'm so pleased with staff and service especially with Tracy and Jamie they are the best. I moved out of state and Tracy was so helpful through the whole process. When I moved in there was mishap about the keys not being able to fit properly in the door but they fixed it so quick and another young lady gave my kids snacks because they were hungry from the move. The Apartment was nice and clean when we moved in, I couldn't find one thing to check off on their list they give you at the time of move in. Regatta Apartments are clean well taken care of and even though their is a lot of people coming and going it's not noisy or crazy. This is a kid friendly neighborhood. I love the way they have kids splash park and how they have the playground hidden from cars. I would recommend this place I believe the staff does care about their residents who live here and want to help. These apartments are in a great location. Thank you Regatta for the service and professional staff. Keep up the great work, I'm very impressed.

I have lived here for nearly 3 years. The leasing office is usually prompt & friendly in handling any issues or mantainence requests. The complex is well kept and clean. The apartments are very modern and equiped with quality fixings. I would recommend this complex to anyone seeking to live in the Northglenn area.

We felt in love with this community from the minute we arrived! Quiet, clean, spacious apartments, awesome amenities but the highlight of the visit was the warmth and welcoming attitude of Taine at the leasing office! She was running around multitasking all over the places yet very present and kind! We as customer, always take the time to post the bad stories/experiences but this great one, deserves some recognition! Thank you Taine! We love our new home!!

I have been at this property for around 10 months and have never had a single issue, recently I had placed 2 work orders on a Sunday (for super minor things) and they were completed by the time I returned from work on Monday. Overall an outstanding place to live and would / have recommended others to tour and rent.

We have a spacious apartment with lots of windows and great laminate floors, perfect for our dog. Surprisingly, it's pretty quiet with all the neighbors coming and going. The location is perfect no matter where your destination. The market in this area is horrible but we pay a reasonable price for a beautiful property with lots of room to walk the large property and conveniently located next to a dog park. We love the staff here; they are responsive to any and all requests and very friendly to us. Jaime, the Manager, has only been here a short time and is visibly improving the property with landscaping and painting the buildings. Maintenance is fabulous at taking care of any issues. A great place for us to be at this time in our lives.

I love The Regatta! Alli, the leasing agent is who's helped me out when I've needed it, and her service is spectacular. The apartment complex is very nice, clean, and it's in a great area. I would absolutely recommend it to any of my friends who are looking for a nice apartment to live with competitive pricing. Definitely worth the look if you're shopping!

This is definitely the nicest complex I've found in Northglenn. The apartments are gorgeous, the landscaping is great, and the staff is very nice. Safety is a big deal for me, so being in a gated community and having an alarm system in the apartment was a huge selling point. The biggest downsides are no parking, thin walls, and the gym is super small. Other than that, I'm a satisfied customer.
